A bar table story

In the simplicity of country life, a drink on a bar table seals friendship bonds. Here begins the story of the Cachaça de Jambu.

At that time, when someone wished good things to a person, the Leo Porto’s father greeted his friends with a customized gift made by him: a well spicy cachaça with fruits and herbs.

Leo learned with his father how to please the customers, opened his own bar and was dubbed “Leo My Boy”.

For over 20 years, the bar Meu Garoto continues with the same simple and affable manner to serve the customers.

Over time, the customers have become friends and keeping the same family tradition, the bar offered a shot of its own cachaça.

Leo chose the Jambu, a flowering herb typical of the hot and humid climate of Amazon to spicy his cachaças.

From father to son, shot after shot, and from friend to friend, a habit turned into tradition.

And that’s how the original and only Cachaça de Jambu was born. The rest is a bar table story.
